What we collect
Billing. When you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep your email, Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan status and billing period so we can issue and validate your license.
License & usage. We store your license key, the site(s) you activate it on (domain only), and a count of diagnoses run per billing period (to meter the plan).
Diagnosis data. When you run a diagnosis, the plugin builds a snapshot of your site (plugins, errors, store/payment configuration) and scrubs personal data and secrets on your server before anything is sent. The redacted snapshot is sent through our service to Anthropic (the Claude API) to produce the root-cause analysis. We don't use it to train models and don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (license database), Anthropic (diagnosis), and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Retention & your choices
We keep license and billing records while your subscription is active and as needed for tax/accounting. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@primadigital.net.
