The service
WC Diagnostic is a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin plus a hosted service that analyzes a scrubbed snapshot of your site and reports a likely root cause and fix plan. The free tier provides a health dashboard and broke/working signals; the Pro subscription ($29/month) adds pinpoint diagnosis, alerts and history.
Diagnoses are advisory
The diagnosis is a best-effort analysis, not a guarantee. Always back up your site before making changes. You're responsible for any change you apply to your own site. We aren't liable for losses arising from acting on a diagnosis; the service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
Billing
Pro is billed monthly via Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Pro includes a per-period diagnosis allowance to keep usage fair. We don't offer a money-back guarantee, but email us if something's wrong and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Use the service on sites you own or are authorized to administer. Don't resell, abuse, or attempt to circumvent the license/metering. We may suspend a license for fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.
